We are pleased to announce the publication of new preclinical data from a study of BTX-A51 in human liposarcoma (LPS), conducted by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School, and presented at the American Association of Cancer Research Annual Meeting 2024. The data demonstrate that BTX-A51 has preclinical efficacy in treating patient-derived LPS in cell lines and human xenograft models and provides insight into the synergy gained by inhibiting both CK1alpha and CDK9.
