Congratulations to the members of our Marketing Leadership Accelerator for reaching their one-year milestone and for their remarkable accomplishments!
Founder of the Ed-tech Leadership Collective | CEO | CRO | Strategic Leader | Helping high-performing K-12 ed-tech executives succeed on their leadership journey
“It was like stepping into the sun after a long winter!” When you’re heads-down, cranking away at your job, it can be difficult to recognize the growth you’ve accomplished and the impact you’ve made. However, by stepping back and reflecting—and by allowing trusted peers to hold up the mirror—you can see the incredible growth you’ve achieved. Last week, the members of the Ed-tech Leadership Collective's Marketing Leadership Accelerator (cohort 1) celebrated their one-year milestone in the program. During this peer group meeting, each member reflected on their accomplishments and challenges over the past year, as well as their areas of growth for the year ahead. Afterwards, their peers shared observations of the growth they had witnessed. The group recognized some outstanding accomplishments, including: >> Becoming more adept at managing across and influencing outcomes >> Establishing themselves as trusted advisors to the C-suite >> Effectively empowering team members to step up and contribute >> Remaining adaptable and resilient during periods of ambiguity >> Maintaining focus on strategically impactful initiatives and blocking out the noise The energy in the room was amazing—a shared sense of mutual admiration and respect for the leadership journeys each had navigated over the past year. Members also reflected on how the collaborative and supportive environment in the Marketing Leadership Accelerator cohort played a crucial role in their success. Congratulations to Julia Cantuária, Katie Conroy, Shik Love and Dena Harris for your remarkable growth, accomplishments, and impact this year. It’s an honor to be part of your leadership journey, and I look forward to continuing to support your success.

David Badillo is one of the fantastic members of our Sales Leaders Forum. It was great to have David and many of our Collective members gather in Denver last week for our "Connected Conversations" pre-conference event prior to the EdWeek Market Brief Summit!
Grateful for the opportunity to connect with the Ed-tech Leadership Collective and founder Collin Earnst . I engaged with fellow members at this week’s EdWeek Summit. Lots of great thinking in the room as we alll look to move our important work forward to support our school and district partners in 2025
