Mock survey week in South Dakota! For nursing home operators, the annual state survey can be an incredibly stressful experience. We conduct "mock surveys" at our buildings where corporate resources take the facility team through the same process for practice. Not only does this significantly reduce the stress involved during the actual survey, but we can identify potential tags and violations--and implement the needed changes--during the practice run. This reduces the chances of fines, tags, and ultimately results in better survey outcomes and delivery of quality care for our residents in a timely manner! #redefininghealthcare
