The Efficiency Group is a small, minority-owned, 8(a) training and consulting firm founded in 2015 and headquartered in the Washington DC area. Our proprietary methodology helps maximize productivity by streamlining processes, documenting procedures, and training staff to embrace a culture of continuous improvement. Our clients experience a 15%-25% increase in productivity, erase knowledge loss created by employee turnover, and create an energized staff that is empowered to make changes that benefit the agency. Industry proven Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques are at the core of what we do.
