And now, a word from our fearless leader (he hates when we call him that).
Twenty. That has such a beautiful ring to it. It was exactly twenty years ago today I took one of the biggest leaps of my life and started Elastic Pictures. I’m so fortunate and thankful for the opportunity to have worked with so many incredibly talented people throughout the years. Without the team here at Elastic Pictures, this post wouldn’t exist. Like-minded, self-driven artists who thrive on opportunities for both individual and team growth in and out of the studio. This team inspires me every day. A special thanks to all of our agency, production and network partners who have trusted us implicitly throughout the years. Without you, this post wouldn’t exist. We’ve been working with many of the same creative directors, art directors and producers, many of which I call friends, so long we’ve seen the 4:3 aspect ratio go out of style, and come back in. It’s these relationships which have fostered creative freedom and have allowed us to produce a wide variety of meaningful content for screens around the globe. I also want to thank everyone that has supported Elastic Pictures throughout the years. Friends, family, industry peers (that includes you). Without you, this post wouldn’t exist. We’ve seen a fair share of ups and downs and it’s this community of people who keep me inspired to keep moving forward. While it’s wonderful to look back and celebrate the past, I’m equally excited about what the future holds. Here’s to the next TWENTY!
