Elation Lighting transforms Aalborg's AKKC with enhanced efficiency and performance with the new versatile Fuze and KL series. At the heart of Northern Denmarks cultural life is the Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center (AKKC), one of Scandinavia's busiest entertainment and convention venues. Hosting concerts, theater, ballet, exhibitions, and conventions, it welcomes over half a million guests annually. After years of relying on traditional incandescent lighting, the venue decided to upgrade to a more versatile and energy-efficient LED system to better accommodate its diverse events. AKKC lighting technicians Jakob Krøyer and Thomas Nowakowski were instrumental in the search and eventual specification of a new LED lighting system for the venue’s main performance space, ultimately opting for Elation FUZE MAX PROFILE and the KL PROFILE FC luminaires. Not about to rest on their laurels after 60+ years of rock ‘n’ roll supremacy, The Rolling Stones took to the road in April for their “Stones Tour '24 Hackney Diamonds,” a North American run of both classics and original material that featured an energetic, modern production utilizing Elation 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐗𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐒 luminaires. Timeless performers who still maintain their youthful energy and on-stage charisma, the rock legends were supported by an experienced production team that delivered a dynamic show with cutting-edge flair. Elation FUZE and Rayzor Series Takes Rijswijkse Schouwburg Theater From Static to Dynamic.
