“The Electromed, Inc. team has the best combination of low ego leadership and drive to make meaningful progress for patients that I have encountered in my career.” Brad Nagel chose finance because he was drawn to the big picture of how businesses work and questions like, “how does a business make money?” or “how do investment decisions get made?”. He started his career as a bank teller and did his career journey “the hard way”. While unconventional, he is thankful for the twists, turns, and stops along the way. Brad has always prioritized working for really smart leaders over just about every other measure of career progression. He is grateful to those leaders for both coaching him and challenging him to grow. In his free time, Brad likes to be around his family at one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, whether that’s playing pond hockey in the winter or water sports in the summer. His favorite travel destination is Wengen, Switzerland, a quiet mountain town that has nothing and everything at the same time.

Treatment plays a vital role in enhancing a patient's ability to perform daily activities, thereby improving their physical and emotional well-being. She has five teenage children that are involved in many extracurricular activities. She is their biggest supporter and loves watching them grow and learn through experiences. She has family dinners together on Sundays and takes the opportunity to travel whenever time allows. She was intrigued by healthcare at a young age and spent many hours in the athletic training room as a multi-sport athlete prone to injury. She is business-minded and excels in fast-paced environments which led her to a focus in Healthcare Administration in college.
