Building Relationships Through Renovation

About us

Hospitality projects are our core. Our reputation in this industry positions us as among the best as we have built our people, process, goals and methods around executing projects, no matter the size, in live, open and fully functioning hospitality business settings. We work with clients that genuinely value what we do and understand the advantages of strong professional partnerships. Our best customers trust our expertise, respect our thoughtful planning process, and provide us with the time and opportunity to bid projects responsibly. In return, they reap the benefits of decades-long vendor relationships, high level competency in budget and schedule planning, a driven proactive approach to problem solving, and creativity and experience in value engineering. Each Ownership Group and Operations Management Team is unique. For this reason, we take a “long game” approach to cultivating relationships with our potential clients, purposefully assessing relational and operational compatibility before diving into a project together.

Last month we were able to host our third annual Elements Golf trip. This year we had 24 attendees. We hosted both our employees and partners at several golf courses in Eastern Washington. This trip helped us build and maintain partnerships that we have been forming between subcontractors, owners, and each other!  We can’t forget to congratulate Tim Broersma for his incredible hole in one! Shoutout to our wonderful guests, thanks for a great trip! Shoutout to some of our wonderful guests:  Eduardo A. “Working with Donald Lambert and Elements is like working with Ohana. We have a lot of fun together but we get a lot done and in record time” Kiana Beimes, the General Manager at Ohana East, said when asked what it was like having the Elements team work on their renovation. As we know Partnership is one of our most important goals. We build and value our partnerships. We operate with transparency, consistency, and character in partnerships with each other, our customers, vendors, subcontractors, owners, the community, and nonprofits. When seeing the dynamics between our team and the Ohana East team it was clear that this goal of partnership was taken seriously there. Kiana says that “It’s been the most fun time. All of the different energies on our staff along with the crew from Elements make it a unique place to be… We truly are the best partners of both ends of the project.” The atmosphere within the Ohana East team is truly one of camaraderie, encouragement, and dedication, and Elements was honored to have been welcomed into their Ohana. Shoutout to Kiana Beimes, Katherine Allen, and their amazing team for welcoming Elements and working alongside us in their renovation journey!
