My approach to recruiting: HR role in central US 2 days in total - 4.5 hours spent Sources: Sourcing online, Network, Referrals, LinkedIn & LinkedIn job post 32 candidates -23 connected 4 interviews scheduled Zero recruiting spend 100% responded to. Unfortunately, based on the screening answers you've supplied, along with the must have qualifications for this customer, you were not selected to move forward in the hiring process at this time.
