Thanks Ad Age & Lindsay Rittenhouse for the opportunity to weigh in on potential trends for the second half of the year. Our president Gati Desai Curtis put it best, we want to see more action from agencies, corporations and business leaders. “There are a lot of discussions around diversity, inclusivity, AI, impact, the death of the agency model, the rebirth of humor … which are great to ground everyone and get us on the same page. But now we need to turn words into action. What are we as agencies, leaders and marketers doing to drive the change or future we want to see? We have the power to shift culture, conversations and perceptions, so let’s get to it.” Visit TheSchoolys.com to learn more about how our team is driving local impact in our own backyard and read the full Ad Age article here: https://lnkd.in/ePYYzTKS

This week, our agency launched a new initiative entitled the “Schoolys” at Teachers College Community School (TCCS), a local public school just a few blocks away from our offices here in Harlem. We surprised 50 unsuspecting school staff at TCCS – including teachers, teachers’ aids, lunch staff, and bus drivers – with a $150,000 self-care grant: $3,000 for each staff member to spend on self-care and career development. Thank you to Gayle King and CBS for joining us at our kick-off and adoption ceremony. Check out our exclusive on CBS Mornings below and visit TheSchoolys.com to follow our journey: https://lnkd.in/eYpi-vph

It's another double-dip of #indiethinking. First, we catch up with Cactus on why the agency puts huge effort into programs and leadership around mental health. We'll take a look at the shop's outstanding Frame of Mind series and more. Then, we catch up with Elite Media, coming off a shoot. We spend some time with Gati Desai Curtis, president, and Jindai Joseph, ECD, to talk about their latest and how they use time post-shoot to think about how to keep growing the agency. #indieswork

As an #independentagency, one of the greatest gifts our clients at American Family Insurance have afforded us over the past 10 years is trust. Not only is trust one of our most treasured values as an agency, but it also gives our team at Elite Media the opportunity to partner with our clients to fully flex our creative and strategic muscles. Great read Jerry Bodrie & Ad Age I couldn't agree more: https://lnkd.in/d8rQ92Hn
