At Elite Meet, we know networking is crucial to the hiring process. Today, on Hire a Veteran Day, we want to express our gratitude to the business partners, veterans, and supporters who extend their network, make introductions, and pass along resumes for Elite Meet members. These interactions tremendously impact the transition experience for veterans and help them with the hiring process. Thank you to the employers, large and small, who have provided career opportunities and hired our members. You understand the value of their experience and work ethic, and you appreciate their leadership skills. Welcoming Special Operations Veterans to your organization has significantly impacted their lives and will positively influence your company. "Getting hired" is a milestone in the transition journey, bringing much relief and excitement to those leaving service. But at Elite Meet, we understand that transitioning into civilian life is more than just landing a job. We are committed to providing ongoing support and resources to our members after they begin their journey into civilian careers. If you're interested in helping a Special Operations Veteran "get hired," offer your network and guidance - sometimes that can be more impactful than the actual job. Your support can make a difference in their transition into civilian life. Elite Meet is a transition resource for members leaving service and for those with some civilian experience under their belt. Special Operations veterans, like Aric Stahly know the value of a powerful network when it comes to finding a new role. We're excited to let our supporters, partners, and members know that Aric is open to work! After 17+ years as a Navy SEAL, he graduated from Notre Dame with an MBA and moved into civilian employment. Most recently, he served in General Management for a Fortune 500 company, Republic Services. Aric is seeking senior management and operations roles in mid/upper-mid market companies and has a strong desire to stay within the Charlotte, NC area but would be interested in relocating for the right role. If you know a company that can benefit from Aric's military and professional experiences, reach out to him on LinkedIn! #militarytransition
