ENF celebrated their Irvine location shipping department employees last week, as the team achieved 10 years without a DART incident! A DART rate, or Days Away, Restricted, or Transferred rate, is a safety metric that measures how many employees miss work due to injuries or illnesses. It's a key metric used by OSHA to determine which businesses to target for inspections. A big congrats to our team for this key accomplishment! From left to right: Brad Lucas, Mike Hendrickson, John Irvine, Mary Johnson, Vicki Tomica, and Justin Hutchings
