Yesterday some of our Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown team members spent the afternoon at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. We celebrated our annual #DavidsonDayofService by volunteering at Second Harvest and were able to pack 9 pallets or 756 boxes of food, which equates to over 8,000 meals served to people in need in our Nashville community and beyond. In addition, we had a canned food drive throughout the month of October and delivered our donations to Second Harvest yesterday. As a team, we collected 413 pounds of food to help those in need! I am so proud to be part of this team and to work alongside such kind, generous, and fun people. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us yesterday or donated items to Second Harvest - it's amazing to see what an impact we can have when we come together as a team!
