Can’t believe it has been almost two weeks since #Dreamforce24. This Dreamforce was one for the record books! So many great connections made, valuable takeaways, and incredible innovation! Some of the main takeaways (core & commerce-related) we had were: Agentforce is here! This is Salesforce’s latest AI innovation that leverages all your Salesforce Clouds and allows you to create Agents to help automate and gain huge efficiencies. Agentforce takes AI from generative to actual reasoning, all based off of your data. Much more information here in the Agentforce keynote from Dreamforce. Commerce Keeps Getting Better! So many Commerce features were announced at Dreamforce that our heads were spinning. The highlight for us was the innovation included with the 3 versions of B2C Commerce Client Enthusiasm is High! Most importantly client engagement and enthusiasm was high. #Dreamforce always has reasons to “drink the Kool-Aid”, but Agentforce is proving to be a major catalyst for all Salesforce Clouds. We had lots of engagement in our time at Dreamforce and are excited to implement those solutions with our clients. Yesterday (Thursday) we had the opportunity to sponsor and participate in Yanmar’s 3rd Annual #Golf Charity Event with all the proceeds to benefit Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter!
