For our commercial real estate service agreement customer, we completed a design-build HVAC equipment upgrade to improve the overall indoor air quality of the five-story building. The project scope included: -A high efficiency air cooled chiller -A high efficiency outdoor boiler -Structural steel installation needed for the boiler and chiller -10 air handling units -A new building automation system #EMCOR #HVAC #MechanicalContractor #DesignBuild

We are in the final stages of completing this project for one of our existing service agreement customers, a glass manufacturer. We were contracted to do the mechanical work for a plant expansion. Our scope included: -Air cooled chillers -Air handling units -Air handling units with heat recovery units -Dedicated outside air unit -Chilled water pumps -VRF systems -Ductwork -Both above ground and underground chilled water piping (the above ground piping was run along the perimeter ceiling at ~35’ in the air) -Natural gas piping throughout the plant expansion -Compressed air piping throughout the plant expansion This project took approximately 8,000 manhours, and was completed on time with zero injuries. We replaced an old steam-heat radiator system for a local higher education client in our Georgia market. The client has a beautiful chapel on site that was built in the 1930s and needed a customized solution to replace aging equipment and better condition the space. We designed custom fan coil units to replace the steam radiator locations. Then, in the chapel's underground tunnels, we piped in a new hot water/chilled water loop to feed the units. We also installed an air handler, boiler, and air cooled chiller.
