Emerge Oregon Looking for its Next Executive Director! ORGANIZATION Founded in 2009, Emerge Oregon is a recruitment and training program for Democratic women who are interested in public office. Our mission is to identify, train, and inspire Democratic women to pursue public and elected office at the local, state and national levels. Emerge Oregon is part of a national network currently working in 29 states and also has a national affiliate, Emerge America. OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly motivated, politically-savvy, and dynamic self-starter to serve as a full-time Executive Director. This remote office and flex-time position reports to the Emerge Oregon Board of Directors. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: training candidates, fundraising and development, financial management, database management, program promotion and implementation, class recruitment and support, board management, and acting as a resource for program members and alumnae. https://lnkd.in/enwHiYig
