Emporium TPO offer investor loans with DSCR under 1.00! DSCR loans allow buyers to qualify for a mortgage based on the property’s expected cash flow. Instead of using personal income to qualify for a loan, Emporium TPO will look at a debt service coverage ratio or DSCR ratio. This ratio gives our team insight into whether or not your borrower will be able to use the rental income from the property to cover their monthly loan payments. While each Empower DSCR loan is unique and may require different elements, most borrowers can expect to meet the following criteria: -Min DSCR of .80* -Min 720 FICO -Max 75% LTV** - Max loan amount of $1.5 mm *Additional restrictions apply for first-time investors **25% cash due from borrower
