    Data chaos to data success: Watch the complete demo in the video on how we helped our client from Singapore achieve business excellence with our new implementation that simplified processes.    Our client from Singapore is one of the largest fresh produce importers, with an annual supply capacity of 5,000 metric tons. But just like every other business, they were facing three major challenges:    1. Low visibility of inventory due to lack of proper system  2. Lack of real-time information from a salesperson 3. Missing orders, unmet customer demands  4. Loss of inventory and revenue    The solution we proposed:    1. We implemented a lightweight CRM with WhatsApp integration  2. We equipped them with product inventory and order management tools  3. We offered them a centralized platform that captures all the information regarding Agents to Operations to Customers. Whenever Salesperson gets a message, the order is created on Salesforce 4. We provided them with real-time stock availability, which gave them a clear view of demand and supply 5. We also armed them with a Salesforce Mobile app for ease of access   Their businesses improved significantly, and our solutions produced measurable results, which were as follows:    1. Our client was able to reserve, order, amend, and cancel orders using WhatsApp 2. They were also able to manage the order management cycle via WhatsApp messages in Salesforce 3. They achieved clear visibility of the inventory and now can also visualize real-time reports/dashboards on orders and product inventory  4. They can now conduct stock clearance sales based on the ageing of stock and also develop compelling promotional offers.    We feel extremely delighted to announce that this implementation has helped us achieve the CSAT score of 5/5.
