Shobha Dasari and I's report on the EU's AI Act is live on the Encode Justice website! We cover the regulatory framework of the Act, its implementation structure and implications for AI governance outside of the EU. Following the AIA was part of what pulled me into this space; it's a wonderful full circle moment to see it passed in its full form.
