Last week, or maybe 2 weeks ago now (they all blend together lately) 5 of my guys headed to CT for kitchen suppression training (pictured below) While those 5 were in CT, I had 3 others in hotels/airbnbs across the state of Maine! One at the tippy top (almost in Canada) the other 2 covering the middle and the remaining 5, Bangor south. Once training in CT was done, 2 of the 5 went from CT to Stowe, MA for some training on the hydro equipment in our shop. 3 days, 5 different hotel accomondations in 3 different states 🥴. I felt like a little mother hen not settled until I heard from each group that they made it to their destination, and were able to check in for the night 🤣. In the month of October my team represented AAA Fire in FIVE different states!!! ME, NH, VT, CT and MA Now, we rest until April when we do this craziness all over again 🙃 #Proudofmyteam #AAAFireExtinguisherCo #PoweredbyEncore #EncoreFireProtection

Every 3 months I say it was our best and biggest round of quarterly meetings yet - but it’s true! Check out just how big the last 2 weeks have been for the encore team, via some fun stats from our Culture team. We make our financials look pretty and pick up the final bar tab, but it’s our technicians killing it in the field every day that give us so much to celebrate.
