March 15 is the deadline to file for businesses - specifically, s-corps and partnerships. If you haven't contacted your accountant yet, make sure to reach out as soon as possible to get your taxes started! And if your taxes won't be completed by March 15, all hope is not lost! The online portal to complete your BOI Report is now active on FinCEN website. You have two options for filing: 1. Fill out the PDF fillable form and upload the completed version to the FinCEN website. 2. Complete the web-based version and submit it directly on the FinCEN website.
