Partnering with Energy Systems Group (ESG), PRSD accessed Arkansas’s Warm, Safe, and Dry funding for essential projects, leveraged energy savings contracting (ESC) to cover local costs, and secured additional utility rebates. This multifaceted approach allowed the district to complete critical upgrades, including new HVAC systems, LED lighting, and water conservation measures, leading to substantial cost savings. Superintendent Keith Martin praised these improvements as pivotal for meeting current needs and supporting future growth without financial strain on the community.
