"Over the weekend, numerous people sent me links to this MSN story titled “The Texas Billionaire Who Has Greenpeace USA on the Verge of Bankruptcy.” It’s a wonderful story about how the tenacious leadership of Energy Transfer is determined to make Greenpeace pay for its outrageous and malicious behavior regarding the now finished Dakota Access Pipeline..." - Thomas J Shepstone https://lnkd.in/gGrBMarp

Meet Diego, a Principal Engineer and Project Manager at our Houston office. His role involves overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and completion of various energy infrastructure projects, with responsibilities that vary depending on the project's current stage. Regular site visits and managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors are key parts of his role, ensuring projects stay on track and meet quality standards. He emphasizes the importance of flexibility and adaptability. While planning is crucial, it's equally important to be prepared for the unexpected and to stay calm under pressure. “They’ve got to embrace what is really true science…. They ignore massively important facts, and then make lies up to replace them. So yes, I hope they are going to learn a lesson from this,” said Patrick Moore, who was one of the original founders of Greenpeace. https://lnkd.in/g7d4ftn2

Our lawsuit against Greenpeace is not about free speech as they are trying to claim. It is about them not following the law. Read this story from a social media journalist-influencer who was involved: "There was always a small pit of anxiety in my stomach—the thought that maybe this issue wasn’t as black and white as I framed it for our audience. . . The activists have moved away from the “Standing Rock Awakens the World” slogan of 2016 and taken on a darker edge. Their solutions have become less about conservation and lowering carbon emissions and more about freeing Palestine and tearing down not just capitalism but, it seems, civilization itself." https://lnkd.in/gJ5Vv7f8
I Helped Make Standing Rock Go Viral. Now I Regret It.

Are YOU excited for this year's NFL season!? We are! Did you know that football and other sports rely on natural gas and oil products for electricity, food storage and preparation, and manufacturing of equipment? It's true... natural gas byproducts are turned into plastic and synthetic items including turf, paint, jerseys, cleats, helmets, padding, gloves, medical tape, and much more. As you enjoy watching games this fall, remember without natural gas, football would look a lot different!
