Monday Musing! There are lots of ways to get the job done. If you are challenged, you just need to find a different way. Begin with the goal - and start with WHY. Where have you had to find a new way, but not given up on the goal?

About us
Dysfunctional teams and misaligned work groups can derail progress and innovation. They can cause good employees to leave and important work to be left undone. We know that team development work, like team building and training, can bring employees together, and make a group a team. Team building improves motivation, morale, collaboration, and communication. It breaks down silos, brings clarity and alignment, and builds trust among members. These benefits are proven to increase your organization's bottom line. What do you want your organization to accomplish? Are you in a merger? Introducing a new initiative? Trying to give your quarterly retreat more impact? We take your goals and turn them into fun team experiences that translate back to the office. We want your group to operate as a team, where members speak the same language, feel connected, get more done, and positively influence the bottom line.

I've been a little absent from my socials for the last few weeks - lots of travel, fun client workshops (and travel), RFP's to complete, workshops to design, and celebrating my birthday! I've loved it all - burning my birthday candle and playing with my putty today as I get closer to really being caught up! Candle and putty compliments of my friend Debbie Trueblood, Bird drink from family birthday dinner at India House, and Pottery with some friends to keep the celebration going!

Monday Musing! This quote spoke to me because of a situation on a coaching call last week - exploring and developing needed leadership capabilities must intentionally be examined for advancement to be made. Best to look at where a person wants to go, where the organization needs them to be... find the intersection of those and make a path to make it happen. What do you think? What does this quote bring to mind for you?

Work teams have a culture – good, bad, or somewhere in between, whether you intentionally work on it, or not. Leaders who focus on building a community and take care of the relationship of that community have happier and more productive teams.
