Health care is facing a lot of challenges, from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rates to technology adoption. But one thing's for sure: the experience for members and providers just isn't good enough. Listen as enterprise technology & operations officer and CEO, enGen, Mick Malec, discusses with our partners at PEGA how enGen is focused on making technology work for everyone by simplifying the user experience and making advanced healthtech more accessible. By empowering individuals to take control of their health, we aim to create a better future for health care patients and providers.

Members of enGen’s Medicaid team recently had the opportunity to volunteer with The Education Partnership, a nonprofit committed to providing essential school supplies to teachers in under-resourced schools across Southwestern PA. It was an inspiring day as our team helped educators gather supplies, build STEM kits, and manage the flow of inventory throughout the volunteer space. Contributing to organizations like this reflects our dedication to making a positive impact in our community, which is why we’re grateful for The Education Partnership and this experience. We look forward to volunteering again soon! Tracy Eckenrode, CSPO, SSM, PMP, Srirama Dadi, Nidhi Pandey, Silpa Duvvuri, and Matt Putila.
