    The health care industry faces significant challenges in delivering a seamless experience for both patients and providers. By implementing Predictal, a utilization and clinical management tool built on the Pega Platform™, enGen has seen significant improvements in productivity, including a 50% reduction in training and onboarding times, a 20% increase in overall productivity, and a 300% increase in turnaround time.     Focus 2024 continued with a behind-the-scenes tour of Forge's Pittsburgh facility. Forge is our digital, print, and fulfillment team that specializes in innovative correspondence solutions for our clients' needs, including ID card manufacturing, Annual Notice of Change (ANOC)/ Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets with open enrollment materials, and more. It was a great opportunity to to give our clients a firsthand look at how Forge can support bringing their projects to life. We're grateful for the chance to connect with our clients and share insights gained over the year.
