Dan Ketcham won a federal district court trial on behalf of Ogallala Ready Mix. Plaintiffs alleged severe chemical burns as a result of their use of defendant’s product on a failure to warn theory. Plaintiffs appealed the decision, and the US 8th Circuit Court of Appeals recently affirmed the defense verdict.
