We're excited to share the completion of TrueBridge Capital Partners' office space! The project included a comprehensive renovation spanning 20,000 square feet across the 3rd and 4th floors of an existing office building in Chapel Hill. On the 3rd floor, the scope involved a complete overhaul, including the removal of existing finishes and MEP systems, followed by the construction of new office areas and a break room tailored to meet the client’s requirements. Meanwhile, the 4th floor underwent a complete redesign and enhancement of its current layout, finishes, and MEP systems to better suit the client's needs.   One of the distinguishing features of the project included the installation of a new monumental staircase connecting the 3rd and 4th floors. This feature boasts steel stringers, glass handrails, and intricately designed millwork to deliver a sophisticated aesthetic.   Eno Company is proud to deliver this project.
