A new study from The Wharton School was just released on GenAI "early years" which includes a longitudinal study on buyers of AI with companies ranging from $50M to multi-billions. Over the last year, use of AI at least once a week has grown from 37% to 72%. GenAI spending increased 130% from 2023 (as reported from the study participants) with GenAI use across 55% of all business functions.
