Tailored technology solutions for Life Sciences

About us

Entitech Solutions is a provider of innovative technology services focused on life sciences. Life sciences companies are paying a fortune for software products that have major redundancies. We can help you meet process optimization goals at a fraction of the cost, by simplifying the technology and making what you have work better, not bigger. Subscription models for infrastructure components mean you pay for a big server when you need it, and turn it off when you don’t – and instead use a small one for lesser tasks. ETS uses the same concept for software, creating complex software for complex needs and simple and cost-effective software for smaller needs. Plus, we can make small adjustments to existing software to make your existing solution work better.

Enabling impactful digital innovation in life sciences

For over a year, I’ve been developing and leading on a new service offering at Seuss+ called a Clinical System Analysis. This aims to: ·      Safeguard your clinical data integrity of the proposed computerized systems’ ability to support accurate and reliable data in your study ·      Maximize efficiency of data flow throughout the study and highlight gaps in data flow and propose solutions ·      To help Sponsors navigate regulatory guidance and take necessary steps to ensure compliance Why I am sharing this now? Well, having led enough of these now I am starting to see some trends that I thought the community might find helpful to know. 1.     Reporting: I’m seeing gaps where the there is a lack of alignment on what data and reports will be available for Sponsors to review. On the one hand, more traditionalist CROs seem to prefer to keep to governance meetings. However, as technology evolves and data becomes more available, and considering regulations are also evolving to specify that Sponsors need to take steps to safeguard their data integrity, Sponsor’s expectations are naturally changing to assume that data and reports will be made available to them. Lack of alignment on reporting is leading to an inability of sponsors to be in control of their data integrity and can drive up costs if new programming, and hence validation, is required to produce the data and reports that they need later on. Post study, the end result is often client dissatisfaction and choosing not to work with that CRO again. I would be interested to hear what you think. Are you proactively driving these conversations? What data and reports do you want / make available to Sponsors? 2.     Data flow: The requirement from regulators to provide the trial data flow is driving more attention to how data will be transferred between systems, however I am frequently finding huge gaps in data flow. One of the main offenders seems to be for how vendors will collate an increasing diverse range of data sources, especially with the rise in use of digital endpoints. These gaps need to be well thought through to ensure that it is clear who is responsible for what data and to gain clear understandings on the expectations for the data being received, the format, and frequency. 3.     Data lifecycle: It is rare that I find the full data lifecycle has been considered, which means perhaps that the impact of FDA guidance on the data flow from collection through to final repository is not being addressed satisfactorily. Considering the archival and possible data reuse ahead of Study Start-Up is critical if Sponsors are to be compliant and to manage costs for the full retention period. Request a free consultation today: https://lnkd.in/eSdTqBWQ https://lnkd.in/gdTrYsZk The landscape of customer relationship management (CRM) and data management for Life Sciences companies is undergoing a significant shift, particularly with the upcoming separation of Veeva and Salesforce in September 2025. Here's why a trusted 3rd party will be crucial for navigating these changes: 1. Increased Uncertainty and Complexity: The Veeva-Salesforce divorce creates uncertainty for Life Sciences companies. They must decide whether to migrate their Veeva CRM to the Veeva Vault platform, explore Salesforce's potential future offerings in the pharmaceutical space, or consider alternative CRM solutions altogether. This complexity requires careful evaluation of each option's capabilities, migration efforts, and long-term implications. 2. Data Management Challenges: Migrating data between platforms (Salesforce to Veeva Vault) can be a complex and risky process. A trusted 3rd party can ensure secure and accurate data transfer, minimizing downtime and data loss. 3. Customization Needs: Life Sciences companies have specific compliance requirements and workflows. A 3rd party can help customize either Veeva Vault or a new CRM platform to meet these needs, ensuring efficient data management and regulatory adherence. 4. Strategic Guidance and Expertise: Navigating the evolving CRM and data management landscape requires ongoing support and expertise. A trusted 3rd party can provide strategic guidance, compare and contrast available solutions, and help Life Sciences companies adapt their systems to future changes. 5. Cost Optimization: A 3rd party can help Life Sciences companies evaluate the total cost of ownership (TCO) associated with different migration or implementation scenarios. This can help them avoid potential pitfalls and unnecessary expenses during the transition process. Benefits of a Trusted 3rd Party: Reduced Risk: Mitigate risks associated with data migration, platform changes, and ensuring compliance. Improved Efficiency: Streamline the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the most suitable CRM and data management solutions. Cost Optimization: Avoid potential pitfalls and unnecessary expenses during the transition process. Focus on Core Business: Free up internal resources to focus on core business activities while the 3rd party manages the technical complexities. In Conclusion: Life Sciences companies face a period of significant change in the CRM and data management landscape. A trusted 3rd party with expertise in both Veeva and Salesforce, along with migration and data management capabilities, can become a vital partner. This partnership will ensure a smooth transition, minimize disruption, and optimize CRM and data management for future success. #salesforce #veeva #iqvia

96% of the lifecycle costs of doing integration are hidden and do not include the initial development. What is Connections as a Service(CaaS)? CaaS is a subscription-based integration solution facilitating seamless connectivity and data synchronization between two endpoints. It encompasses the movement of data and, at times, incorporates workflows within integrated applications. CaaS is not merely a connector or API for singular applications; it orchestrates data flow between two distinct endpoints. Why CaaS? Traditional integration methods are costly, challenging, and often underestimated. Organizations face difficulties in both developing and managing integrations due to resource limitations and technical complexities. Despite the availability of commercial integration tools, the hidden costs and challenges of ongoing maintenance and lifecycle management persist. CaaS Value Proposition: -Time-to-Value: Entitech Solutions specializes in rapid integration deployment, ensuring faster and superior outcomes compared to alternatives. -Cost Savings: CaaS minimizes upfront investment and offers predictable subscription models, reducing the financial burden of integration projects. -Elimination of Technical Debt: Entitech assumes full ownership of integrations, from inception to retirement, without capital expenses or personnel management hassles. -Agility: CaaS provides scalability and adaptability to accommodate evolving business needs, facilitating seamless integration with minimal disruption. -Reliability and Stability: Entitech ensures robust integration platforms, guaranteeing consistent performance and uptime while mitigating data loss risks. -Flexibility and Customization: Tailored solutions enable custom workflows and data mappings to align with unique business requirements. -Vendor Agnostic Approach: Entitech facilitates integration across diverse applications and technologies, fostering interoperability and communication. -Continuous Innovation: Regular updates and enhancements keep CaaS infrastructure current, addressing emerging challenges and opportunities. -Enhanced Collaboration: Integrated systems promote collaboration and data-driven decision-making, empowering teams to derive actionable insights.
