We create connection and belonging for entrepreneurs everywhere so that together, we can become even more.
About us
Entrepreneurs shape the future, sparking innovation, creating jobs, empowering dreams. We believe in challenging the status quo and finding solutions, one business at a time. While that journey can bring influence, recognition, and personal reward, it can also be arduous and lonely. Mindful of the unique pressures and isolation experienced along many an entrepreneur’s path, in 1987, a group of young pioneers designed a solution: a membership community dedicated exclusively by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs who have a proven record of success. Soon, that collective grew from a few hundred to many thousands, evolving into the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Today, EO welcomes entrepreneurs everywhere, connecting 18,000 of the world’s leading entrepreneurs from every sector, generation, culture, and walk of life across 80+ countries worldwide. We create belonging, forge connections, exchange diverse perspectives, and share extraordinary experiences, all year long. What makes our community special? In a word: connection. With EO, we go beyond the business to the whole entrepreneur, gaining insights that we pass on to our families and work teams. We recognize the interconnectedness of our success and learn to balance individual achievements with collective impacts. By gathering locally and connecting globally – in chapters, in regions, as one borderless community – we experience a 360-degree entrepreneurial journey that unlocks more of our full potential. As members of EO’s local and global communities, we belong, so we can become even more. Join EO and engage in a diverse collective that is always learning, always growing, and thinking big while being bold. Together, we will move the world forward.

The critical skill of the future is not generating new ideas but curating those developed by generative AI. Generative AI, despite its high-level capabilities, can still produce raw and unpolished ideas that require human intervention to reach their full potential," explained Dr. Gleb Tsipursky, the founder and CEO of Disaster Avoidance Experts, LLC who literally wrote the book on how businesses can unlock the benefits of generative AI. "Human curators must work closely with AI to fine-tune these ideas, addressing any gaps or weaknesses and enhancing their overall coherence and appeal. The collaboration between human and machine ensures that the final product is not only innovative but also practical and implementable. Those who master these skills will be the true innovators of the future, leading the way in a landscape transformed by AI." EO’s core value, of #ThirstForLearning resonated throughout our Global Staff Week this year! One of our key learnings came from the Future Proof Keynote with Daphne S. Leger. Daphne is an innovation expert, who shared with us the tools needed to get good at embracing change. She highlighted the importance of exercising your change muscle by having a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset, determining losses versus gains, and objectively seeing facts versus interpretation. To make it more actionable, she shared these tips that can be helpful when undergoing a change: 1. Explain the change 2. Determine the losses versus gains 3. Map your reality 4. Recalibrate the equation 5. Anticipate the transition 6. Celebrate wins 7. Iterate for success Her keynote was followed by a successful Creative Kickstart Workshop, which encouraged teamwork, resourcefulness and innovation among our professional staff. #EO #WorkAtEO #Culture

EO recently held our Global Staff Week in Mexico City, bringing our full-time staff together for an event focused on their professional development, growth, and connection. More than 130 EO staff from 20 countries and six continents convened for this memorable experience. Staff were joined by EO’s Global Board Chair, Jamie Pujara, for a fireside chat during which he shared the importance of connection and belonging. Our CEO, Dave Parker, aligned us on EO’s goals and strategic direction and we learned from insightful presentations on embracing change, navigating cultural differences, setting objectives, and measuring key results. The three days went by fast, but definitely left our professional staff inspired and armed with new tools to continue thriving in their respective roles. Everyone is geared up to continue working with our members from all around the world to unlock the full potential of entrepreneurs. #EO #WorkAtEO #Culture

Choose a destination that excites you and enjoy the ride to get there! Franziska Iseli, an EO APAC Bridge member, is an author and the co-founder and CEO of Basic Bananas. She recently led 16 EO members on a motorcycle adventure through the Himalayas, and gained some insights on the journey: "In business, we’re often so focused on the pursuit of success that we forget to savor the everyday moments. But true success lies in how much we enjoy the journey, who we become along the way, and how many lives we positively impact," she said. Just like on the ice rink, in entrepreneurship, there’s a direct correlation between success and your blood, sweat, and tears. Doug Adlam of EO Canada grew up playing hockey, and though he did not play in the NHL, he skated toward a career characterized by speed, transformation, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth: entrepreneurship. "Lessons from the world of hockey prepared me for the adrenaline-inducing moments of entrepreneurship. To this day, hockey informs how I experience the good, the bad, and the ugly that comes with starting multiple businesses," he said. To learn how Doug celebrates the good, learns from the bad, and grows past the ugly, read his article on Inc.
