Envision Safety

On September 17th – 18th, Envision Safety’s President, Eric Guenther will once again have the honor of speaking at the annual Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) Conference. This year, the IEP Conference is being hosted by United Airlines in Chicago, Illinois, thank you to them for hosting this great event. There is so much to like when we gather together in these types of environments and are able to reconnect with colleagues and build new connections all the while focusing on how we as an industry can keep moving forward. This year Eric Guenther will be presenting on innovation within IEP as well as discussing and reviewing best practices from outside the aviation industry. The preparations for this presentation have yielded some really cool learning opportunities and discussions outside aviation, and he is looking forward to sharing those with you. Following the IEP Conference, Envision Safety will be hosting an IOSA Collaborative. This free event is designed to follow the same concept as the IEP Conference. Among other topics, Envision Safety will be presenting a unique auditing template for use in IOSA preparations and is looking forward to the feedback from the industry that will only improve the template. Let’s share, connect and grow during these two events! Looking forward to the experience, discussions, learning and seeing so many friends gathered in one location! See you there!

This Monday (13 May 2024) Envision Safety's Eric Guenther presented at the Iowa Business Aviation Association (IBAA) Spring 2024 Luncheon. What a great event! Gathering people from across aviation to discuss safety and how we can all do more to improve our industry is in full alignment with Envision Safety's mission. As discussed, anything we can do that moves the needle of safety forward, is worth doing. Keeping it as simple as possible "...if it wakes you up and keeps you awake, then figure out what it will take to get back to sleep." Also kudos to the Des Moines Public School students who took the time to come learn more about the industry. Love to see the desire to learn about aviation safety at that age and even more impressive was their active participation in the event. As an industry we need to fully embrace the next generation and mentor them so they learn from our 'missteps' and 'victories.' Great job to IBAA for opening this event up to anyone and everyone! Thank you to IBAA for inviting me out to Iowa to present, Exec 1 for being great hosts and all participants for their contributions, questions and discussions! A really enjoyable day and event, already looking forward to the next time I get to participate in this or any other similar event!

Envision Safety is excited to have Eric Guenther present at the Iowa Business Aviation Association on May 13th! When we are able to talk about safety in aviation openly and in a collaborative way, the industry benefits!

It’s hard to believe that it has been one year since Envision Safety was started. Thank you to all of you who have offered both public and private notes of congratulations! If feels so cliché to say, time flies when you are having fun, but the past year has fulfilled every bit of that saying. All the phone calls, emails, meetings, audits, trainings projects and conferences; hard to believe it was all in the span of 12 months! I’m looking forward to continuing to support Airlines and the aviation community as a whole in the pursuit of safety, and the challenge of identifying new methods and services that add value to our industry. Year one was just the beginning, now the real fun begins!

Last week Envision Safety's Eric Guenther had the privilege of presenting at the IEP Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Two days of Internal Evaluation Program professionals from 21 different aircraft operators coming together to share and learn from each other. Special thanks to our friends at Delta and specifically Eric Estes, for creating such a wonderful event! Proud to do my little part to help our industry keep moving safety forward.
