This event was particularly meaningful as healthy eating plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of individuals with Down syndrome, who may face unique dietary and health challenges. Participants explored behind-the-scenes operations and received practical tips for making healthier choices. The tour concluded with a gluten-free snack making the experience both educational and enjoyable. These types of events are invaluable in supporting our local families, providing them with knowledge and resources to enhance their health and well-being.
