These women come from diverse backgrounds and will bring authentic views of what it means to be a woman in leadership. ✨ Next Panelist 👉 Rebecca Bray | President – EPITEC, Inc. ✨Rebecca Bray is President of Epitec, one of the largest women-owned staffing companies in the U.S., and a company that has a 46-year history of working with Fortune 500 clients to develop talent acquisition strategies that build a robust and agile workforce. She leads Epitec’s high-performance culture and industry-leading talent management program in support of customers across industries. She is also responsible for designing and delivering the company’s talent strategy, which encompasses recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining employees. Rebecca is a part of the Forgotten Harvest Executive Committee where she serves as First Vice Chairperson and Treasurer. She is a SIM Detroit member, past president of Michigan Council of Women in Technology, and financial supporter and advocate if both Vista Maria and Cass Community Social Services. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from Central Michigan University and a certificate from Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development.
