What are you doing to control your vacant utility expenses?? It's summertime and temperatures are hitting close to 100 degrees in Central Texas, heat waves are happening in the Northeast, and the South is just plain hot 😓. As trades and turn-key contractors are entering units they are likely (actually I can guarantee) they are dropping the unit temps to conduct their work... likely not putting them back to ideal vacant temperatures. This is costing YOU money, at least until someone goes to check on the thermostat and manually changes it back, which how often is that?... that is unless you have one of ePropertyCare's smart thermostats installed!
