This role entails recruiting, training, and coaching Loan Officers to achieve their full potential and contribute to the growth and success of the branch. The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in driving loan production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. 🏦 Jr. Loan Funder: The Jr. Loan Funder will be responsible for funding loans and will work to provide support to borrowers and the mortgage operations team. The primary role of the Jr. Loan Funder will be to coordinate the funding and selling of loans under the supervision and guidance of the Funding Manager. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the proven ability to perform complex calculations with few errors. 💰 Payments Team Assistant: The Payments Team Assistant assists with daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, assistance with end-of-month close/reconciliation, and other related duties as assigned.
