Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a significant role in the creation and evolution of workplace culture and the dissemination of diversity, accessibility, inclusion, equity, and belonging education. Engagement in training, development and best practices discussions increase ERG effectiveness and promote more inclusive work environments. The Conference connects ERG members and leaders, ERG executive sponsors, diversity, equity and inclusion leaders, business leaders, human resource professionals and industry experts to share and learn from established ERG authorities and one another. Key conference learnings equip ERG and company leaders with the skills necessary to help them better ‘CONNECT’ with one another to create a sense of belonging and healthy workplace cultures within their organizations and communities.

Had the opportunity to attend an amazing conference! United Partnerships - Host of the ERG Leadership Conference deserves a huge round of applause for organizing and delivering a successful 2-day event. There were a multitude of professionals from various industries that I had the chance to connect with but wanted to call out a few. Richard Mihalic I must say is hands down the MC of the Year! You kept me engaged throughout the sessions. Chris Hendricks was such an inspirational speaker and I’m so glad to have crossed paths. Melissa V. such a pleasure to have met you and looking forward to connecting more & sharing my journey with you. Such a sweet surprise to run into my fellow WC family Robert Espinosa, MBA, MPA and hear about the great things you’re doing in the DEI space and overseas. 🦅 Huge thanks to Abel Wen and Jeffrey Despain, MBA, CDP for being such supportive leaders and Advance Auto Parts for continuing to invest in the career growth of TMs like myself. Amber - a leading IDEA expert - predicts the foremost IDEA conversations critical to workplace culture are introversion/extroversion, neurodiversity, empowering the next generation and cross-cultural leadership. Last week, I got the opportunity to attend United Partnerships' National ERG Leadership Conference. It was three days filled with learning about the importance of ERGs in the workplace, Collaboration with the three Vs: Vulnerability, Versatility, and Vision, what it means to be an ally in all of its forms, and so much more. I'm grateful for the new connections I made and for obtaining my ERG Leadership Certification through United Partnerships - Host of the ERG Leadership Conference. There is no "I" in Team and I'm so proud to be a part of Amplify's ERG Leadership team with Tanielle Milline, Thomas Gantt, Maia Leyva, Maryann Pellot, Ed.S., MBA, (pictured here) and others under the inspiring leadership of Jasmyne Ormond, M.Ed.
