Meet Daniela Krawchyk, Manager of Division Orders for Ergon Oil Purchasing. Daniela is located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, and has been with Ergon for 10 years. She currently manages a staff of 10 employees who create and maintain accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments for oil purchased. Daniela also facilitates software system conversions and data migration. “The family environment makes you want to come to work and be part of this great company,” shared Daniela. Outside of work, Daniela enjoys spending time with family, exercising at the gym, taking outdoor walks and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains. We were proud to sponsor the American Heart Association's STEM Goes Red Event yesterday, supporting young women from the Jackson Public School District. A few of Ergon’s women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) volunteered as mentors for the students and also hosted a hands-on workshop on how to create asphalt emulsions during the event. That’s #SelflessLeadership at work to empower the next generation.
