Most people are under the impression that an active lifestyle somehow negates the negative consequences of routine, toxic static positioning for prolonged periods. Its static postures like these that stress rhe ACLs and hips and shoulders and elbows when doing sports. Its not training that kills. Its training with a host of muscle imbalances caused not by inafequate training, but by inadequate support when sitting still. The solution to the spine and joint public health crisis that directly feeds into the pain crisis is not ONLY to shame people for spending time with electronics and to preach movement is the solution.
