About us

Our mission is to enable women's economic growth by championing diversity, fostering professional development, and nurturing personal expansion. We achieve this by establishing meaningful mentorship connections that pair women of all backgrounds and ages with accomplished professionals in their chosen fields. Our mentorship program extends to encompass workshops covering essential skills, including resume crafting, interview techniques, financial literacy, professional attire, conflict resolution, networking, community engagement, and etiquette for social gatherings.As our organization expands, we will curate networking gatherings for women across the Erie region. Additionally, we will acknowledge outstanding individuals and businesses dedicated to closing the gender pay gap and promoting workplace diversity.
