Black Friday sale!! www.moveu.com and use code Black45 for 45% off our annual membership and commit to fixing yourself! Got Hip Impingement? 🫠 The actual root cause of that of that is your extended lumbar spine and your weak abdominals. Those sad glutes have turned off and are causing the thigh to rotate internally. What else? 🤔 The lower leg is turning in and causing flat foot. Just one reason we love barefoot shoes so much–no heel to throw your balance out of whack. 👣 If that weren’t enough…every time you lunge, it’s a head on collision of all those issues and BAM! 💥 Impingement. The head of the femur (ball) is crashing into the acetabulum (socket) over and over again. That is causing fraying and tearing of the labrum, which over time causes osteoarthritis, or cam and pincer lesions. Now comes the really rough part. You don’t know that you can put in the time to fix yo sh&t and you opt for surgery, which you likely could have avoided. And you know what they do? They saw off that hip and give you a metal one in its place. 👇 Do you really want that? Or do you want to devote just 15-30 minutes per day to learning all about your body and helping it function properly? The choice is yours. Link in bio to get started 📲💪

🎥✨ Comparative Overview of Lipsync Tools: LipDub AI, Runway, KLING AI ✨🎥 Finally found the time to explore and compare different lipsync tools. I’m excited to share this video where I put Lipdub, Runway, and Kling to the test (in this order in the video). Workflow used: • The initial image was created with Midjourney. • Enhanced via Magnific and animated with Runway (Gen3 Turbo). Prompt: “Stationary camera slowly zoom out, emotional speaking, natural expressions, natural light”. • Audio, same for all, generated using ElevenLabs. For Kling, the entire video was created in-platform. My thoughts on each software: 🔹 LipDub AI: The result is remarkable: lipsync is highly accurate, and the overall quality is superior to its competitors. However, the processing time is very long, requiring 3 hours to generate 10 seconds of video, making it challenging for rapid iterations and edits during the preview phase. My suggestion? A “quick generation” mode would be extremely useful for previewing results before committing to a final render, especially considering the high cost (24 training credits and 8 for generation). Also, note that the final video presents a slight color shift compared to the original image. 🔹 Runway: Offers one of the fastest and most cost-effective solutions in terms of credits consumed. The final result can be a bit blurry, but with some regenerations, you can achieve an acceptable lipsync, especially given the balance of quality, cost, and time. 🔹 KLING AI: Kling has recently released its lipsync feature, which comes with some impressive characteristics. I used the same prompt and audio file as with Runway but created everything within the platform. The final video appeared darker than the original image, but the rendering time was around 10 minutes, which is reasonable. What stood out to me was the realism, particularly the muscle movements in the neck, which add a convincing depth. The only thing off was the “speed” of the speech, which, while consistent with the audio, sometimes felt sped up, giving an artificial effect. Despite this, the outcome places Kling between Runway and Lipdub in terms of quality. Every tool has its pros and cons and should be chosen based on the specific project requirements. There’s no “right or wrong” choice—it’s all about understanding each tool’s strengths and limitations. I hope this overview helps you navigate the lipsync world! I intentionally left out ComfyUI from this comparison, as I wanted to focus on ready-to-go and easily accessible tools. 🔔 If you’re interested in more content about AI and innovation, follow me to stay updated! 🚀 I’m also curious to hear from you—what lipsync tools have you tried, and which ones work best for you? I passionately explore every aspect of Augmented Reality to create a Revolutionary AR Ecosystem, in an Exciting journey alongside a Passionate Team who shares my Vision.

Meta flexes its muscles... or maybe not. Meta recently unveiled its Orion glasses, and the news quickly spread around the globe. But let me be clear: this isn't a commercial revolution. It's a show of force. A message aimed at competitors. But you know what? It's just smoke and mirrors. Orion is a prototype. It's not market-ready, not even close to being sellable, and with a price tag of $10,000 per lens, it’s clear it won't be available anytime soon. Sure, there are intriguing elements: the neural wristband, for example, is a potentially interesting innovation. This technology leverages electrical signals from muscles to control virtual interfaces, promising advanced control with minimal movement. But we're still far from a product that people can buy and use. And here's the critical point: Meta is showing what could be possible, not what is possible. Meanwhile, Google and Magic Leap are making real, concrete progress. They're working on advanced optical displays, improving environmental sensing, and integrating augmented reality in real, tangible ways. They're tackling the real challenges that define the success of this technology: miniaturization, energy efficiency, and high-performance computing. When a company like Meta feels the need to make a grand demonstration without a finished product, it’s not a move of confidence. It’s a move born out of fear. Fear that competitors are moving ahead faster. Fear of being left behind. Think about it: if you really want to impress the world, you don’t just show off a prototype. You deliver a product ready for the market. That’s a massive difference. Remember when Steve Jobs took the stage? He never said, "This is just a prototype, see you in a few years." No. He presented a product you could hold in your hands immediately. Orion isn’t ready. It’s an idea, not a reality. And that, my friends, is not innovation. Real innovation is delivering the future today, not making promises for tomorrow. What Meta has done here is just a grand performance, a flash in the pan. It burns brightly for a moment... and then fades away. I just want to share my thoughts, of course with the utmost respect for the extraordinary company that Mark Zuckerberg has built. I would love to hear what you think. Dorian
