Everyone has a story to tell We must be doing something right! Our client partnerships have grown into long-term relationships that are mutually respected and beneficial. But it didn’t happen overnight.  Our founders, Mike Shippel and Michael Sinclair were delivering complex plastic assemblies to Fortune 100 companies by sourcing and building custom components across multiple vendors. The products demanded a high level of attention to detail as they were customer-facing and brand supporting. But parts arrived with inconsistent fit and finish, mis-matched colors, and varied lead times. In fact, it took nearly a dozen different size presses and molds to make the finished product, which was inherently challenging.  In 2020, the decision was made to invest in all the necessary equipment, technology, skilled personnel, and infrastructure to deliver 100% quality across the board. The results were outstanding – and the clients were ecstatic. And now, another need surfaced.  Each of the presses (all acquired brand new) are fully integrated with the latest robotics and automation. Multiple silos outside hold hundreds of tons of resins which transport through a complex maze of tunnels and chutes. More than 10,000 computer located pallet positions store work in progress, molds, finished product and more. Truck bays serve the 3PL component of the business daily. So efficient is the operation – our capacity to build has morphed us into a formidable custom molding manufacturer – but with all the above advantages over our competition. Safety in the workplace With more than 100 employees manufacturing products across our 160,000 square foot facility, we take SAFETY very seriously. Everyone is trained on their 1st day to understand the importance of operating in a safe environment, and we recently surpassed 1,000 days (about 2 and a half years) without a recordable safety incident.  And while we celebrate this milestone, we never rest to miss an opportunity to do better. Technology and common sense contribute to keeping us all safe.
