The ESRGC is an outreach entity of Salisbury University, and is a joint effort between the Mid-Shore Regional Council, the Tri-County Council of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and the University. We are a group of GIS and Programming professionals dedicated to creating partnerships with municipal, county, regional, state and federal governments as well as private and non-profit organizations in an effort to develop data-driven decision-making tools. With over 100 years of collective experience in the geo-spatial industry and 16 years as a GIS shop, the ESRGC has cultivated a reputation of professionalism, cutting-edge innovation and high-quality production.

Their early collaboration set the stage for two decades of impactful service to our community. * Frank McKenzie and the Wicomico County Planning, Zoning, and Community Development For 20 years, Frank McKenzie has been a steadfast supporter of student development through internship opportunities. His unwavering commitment to nurturing future professionals has had a profound impact on both students and our organization. * Greg Padgham and the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland Greg Padgham was honored for fostering meaningful partnerships that align with and support the goals and mission of the ESRGC. His dedication has been instrumental in advancing regional collaboration. * Scott Warner and the Midshore Regional Council Although unable to attend, Scott Warner was recognized for 20 years of dedication to fostering partnerships, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to regional service, and supporting the mission of the ESRGC. His leadership has left a lasting impact on our shared work. * Susan O’Neill and the Upper Shore Regional Council Susan O’Neill was also unable to attend but received recognition for her vital leadership and dedication to regional service. Her contributions have been integral to the success and impact of our organization over the years. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of these exceptional leaders and organizations for their enduring partnership and commitment. Their contributions have been vital to our mission and the communities we serve.
