We want to make sure our employees are in the correct place, have the correct gear, and are on a first-name basis with their higher-ups. But the outcomes couldn’t have been more different. Site one showed up on Monday morning to a nightmare. Water was 3 to 4 feet high on every floor, and panic set in. The crew spent the first 40 minutes assessing the damage, scrambling to figure out what to do next. By midday, they started calling around for help, but it wasn’t until late in the day that they secured a company to bring in drying equipment. The catch?
