Essence Memory Care is a residential memory care HOME dedicated entirely to providing care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments.  Nestled in the friendly, residential neighborhood of Northville, MI, Essence is a beautiful 6-Bed home co-owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses who are Certified Dementia Practitioners with over 30 years experience in dementia and senior care service.  Based on research that highlights the importance of small environments in the care of persons with dementia, Essence Memory Care’s residential home model helps to provide a greater sense of belonging, comfort and security.   Essence offers custom care plans and strength based activities throughout the day to keep residents engaged in living each day to the fullest.  Our goal is to provide opportunities for moments of meaning and joy in the lives of our residents each day.
