If interested please send resume to info@essentialsafetypartners.com Job Title: Administrative Assistant   Location: Remote   Position Type: Full-time/Part-time   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations in managing online databases such as ISNetworld and Avetta platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on data management, compliance documentation, and customer service.   Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management and maintenance of online database accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date. Coordinate and track compliance related documents and certifications, including safety programs, insurance certificates, and other essential records. Prepare and organize materials for audits and assessments, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding compliance requirements and updates. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases to ensure easy access to information when needed. Support account managers and other team members in compiling data reports and analysis. Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and processing invoices.   Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience working with online database platforms such as ISNetworld and Avetta. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in relation to compliance or safety management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
