In response to the San Francisco Façade Ordinance, ETIC’s Industrial Hygiene team conducted pre-renovation surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paints, prepared the contractor bid packages and project specifications, designed the primary and secondary containment systems, and conducted inspections and air monitoring before, during, and after asbestos abatement and lead removal activities. Round of applause for the project’s team of California Asbestos Consultants and Lead Assessors for a job well done! #Asbstos #LeadBasedPaint #IndustrialHygiene #ContainmentSystem #Renovations
