Here it is! Thank you to Shana Creech for capturing the creativity and imaginations of the 150+ young ladies we met yesterday. For the questions they answered to create the graphic recording, they really wanted lots of comfort and good food for their dream airplanes with beds instead of seats (and rhinestones!). The banner will be delivered to the girls' school in DC. I also loved hearing their dream destinations, especially Japan and Dubai 😊. They had a raffle drawing at the end, so it was great to see the LEGO Group set we donated go to a good home. The K9 demonstrations were a personal highlight for me! We enjoyed meeting the girls and the future looks bright for them! Thank you to Women in Aviation International for hosting and Evans Consulting for the opportunity to attend. #WAI #GirlsinAviation #graphicfacilitation AERO CLUB OF WASHINGTON Signature Aviation

We are so grateful for Corinne's inspiring leadership in corporate social responsibility at Evans! 🌟 Her insights on aligning community engagement with corporate strategy are truly invaluable. It's a reminder that CSR is more than just a checkbox—it's about creating meaningful impact and energizing our teams. Her advice to start small but be intentional has allowed us to make meaningful and sustainable impact at Evans. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and guiding other organizations on this important path. Your passion for driving positive change is infectious and exactly what the world needs right now. 🫶 #CSR #Leadership #PositiveImpact #CorporateStrategy
I'm still riding the high from United Charitable's recent Lunch & Learn: Navigating Social Impact for Business Success! It was such an honor and pleasure to be part of this event and share some insights on the power of aligning community engagement with corporate strategy. Some of what I shared - based on our CSR journey at Evans Consulting: One thing is clear: these initiatives should be more than just an obligation or a “nice-to-do”—they should be a reflection of your company’s values, driving growth and employee engagement. When done right, they become something you’re genuinely proud of, something that energizes your people and showcases your commitment to making a real difference. Engaging employees means understanding their unique circumstances and providing diverse ways for them to contribute. Whether through hands-on volunteering, supporting donation drives, or offering financial contributions, each approach plays a valuable role. Meeting your people where they are allows everyone to feel connected to the impact you're making. My advice? Don’t feel the pressure to launch something massive right out of the gate. Start small, be intentional, and give yourself the grace to let it evolve. Big impact often starts with small, thoughtful steps. #CorporateStrategy #CommunityImpact #EmployeeEngagement #InspirationAndGrowth #PurposeDrivenWork
