About us
Event Garde is a professional development consulting firm committed to lifelong learning—for ourselves, our community and those who attend the meetings we facilitate—believing in its ability to create well-connected leaders and to foster performance improvement. We soak up the latest research and trends on learning then incorporate those methods and practices into the resources we share and the meetings we manage. We create intentional networking environments for clients and learners while also belonging to networks and organizations that result in our own growth and development. We believe that professional development adds value only if it is transferred through meaningful rehearsal and retrieval exercises and then applied on the job.

Aaron and Kara had an incredible time at the recent ASAE Annual Meeting and Exposition! From meeting with over a dozen clients and association leaders to being inspired by the powerful words of opening keynote speaker Amanda Gorman, it was an unforgettable experience. They explored the show floor, fostered connections, and soaked in the latest industry innovations. And to top it all off, they even got “Hot in Herre” as they rocked out to Nelly—because when the energy is that high, it’s definitely “Just a Dream”! If we didn’t chat at the event, we’d love to strike up a conversation now that we’re back in town!
