There is no such thing as coincidence. At first I was on the fence about the idea of a higher power. But then I experienced so many coincidences, so much evidence of God’s presence in my circumstances, now I know that there is no such thing as coincidence. Those moments were God working in my life. “Kristy” Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. It is hard to ask for HELP. Think about a time when you faced a life-altering choice. Whatever lies ahead could be wonderful, or devastating, or a long stretch of never knowing if your choice was right Help break the cycle Give today. Your generosity creates practical steps toward a hopeful tomorrow. Thank you. Please donate if you can. https://lnkd.in/g8TNiJWN www.ecfweb.org Following Princess Kate, we must never give up on compassion, courage, and hope. Do good to feel good.

About us
Cancer sucks. Poverty due to cancer - sucks. Cancer is not curable; if the treatment works, it goes into remission and may flare up again. I see the anguish and pain in real-time in Cancer hospitals. The eyes are of despair, lost spirits, lost health. lost hope. 2 in 5 Canadians will develop Cancer and 1 in 4 Canadians will die of Cancer. The numbers in the USA are equally dismal. Families lose their loved ones and such hard diseases cause financial stress as well. Many families fall through the cracks during treatment, barely scraping through. As powerful drugs are used in Cancer treatment, patients lose focus, tire easily and thus find it hard either to retain employment or find employment. A Registered Charity approved by CRA.

DONATE in a way that suits you. 2 in 5 Canadians in their life will get Cancer. Help us bring a world where everybody lives longer, better lives free from the fear of cancer. Small amounts add up. Every dollar matters. But when you make a regular donation, even if it’s a small amount, your impact builds up over time to help more people like Carlos. Help save more lives, like Mei Ling. Your donations support thousands of researchers, clinicians and nurses to transform how to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer, bringing hope to millions of people like Mei-Ling, now and in the future. Hope grows when you give to those in need. Your generosity not only provides nourishment, but is also the first step towards programs and services that transform lives. Help break the cycle. Give today. Your generosity creates practical steps toward a hopeful tomorrow. Thank you. https://lnkd.in/g8TNiJWN www.ecfweb.org

Go Dry This February. Dry Feb. Can you abstain from alcohol for a month? That is the core question of the Canadian Cancer Society's Dry Feb,. It is a fundraising campaign challenging Canadians to hold off on consuming their favorite alcoholic beverages for a month, while raising funds for cancer research. There is strong evidence that drinking alcohol increases people's risk of cancers of the female breast, liver, mouth, throat (pharynx and larynx), esophagus, and bowel. Heavy drinking may also increase people's risk of stomach cancer. . Everest Charity Foundation (www.ecfweb.org) is a Registered Charity that raises funds for cancer patients and research. Please donate if you can through our website, www.ecfweb.org

Help Hope Bloom with your Donation. We are very excited - as this is our Christmas campaign. Your generosity will provide hot meals and compassionate care for neighbors experiencing poverty, homelessness, and addiction and will help restore lives. A record number of people like Ian, Amy fight every day for necessities - they are cancer victims. Candace, and Alison were exhausted when they contacted us, and we stepped up to them. It is very hard to ask for help - let us break this cycle of poverty. Cancer never takes a holiday, but it is possible to have a life beyond cancer. Help us bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. Gratefully, Irene, Everest Charity Foundation is a registered Charity with CRA P.S Make an Impact before the year ends! Please consider Everest Charity for your year-end Charitable giving. https://lnkd.in/g8TNiJWN www.ecfweb.org

Cancer never takes a Holiday. Joy in Sorrow. I met Ian a few days ago, a Cancer patient in his seventies, but looking older far beyond his years. In just over a month, he has bent over backward, a six-foot-plus person, emaciated and warped. He has lost 15 lbs. He changed two buses to come in for treatment. His wife died of Lung cancer years ago and is now alone in a rented apartment with his cat as his only companion. But with all his struggles, he still smiles and buys chocolates for the nurses to see them smile. The sharing of smiles gives him and other patients “hope” During this season of giving, and remembering other loved ones who have made it or have not been so lucky, please keep them and others in your thoughts and prayers. It is said, “Do good to feel good.” We have to move beyond fear, beyond limits, beyond the impossible. www.ecfweb.org Why give: With your support, life beyond cancer is within reach.
